All of our
sausages are hand-made daily in our Farm Shop,
using only fresh meat and fresh market herbs and
spices. Natural Skins are cured on our own
farm.
Always
freeze our sausages if they are not being used
immediately. Many of the sausage ( e.g. JO-BURG and
BOEREWORS) are lower in fat as they are made with
venison which has been well trimmed.
